The PublicAddress.ny plugin simulates the effect of a 'Tannoy' public address system in Audacity. It allows you to customize the sound to get the desired effect. You can adjust the high and low frequency roll-off, the distortion amount, the echo length, the echo amount, the reverb length, the reverb amount, and the output level. The high frequency roll-off control adjusts the frequency of the high frequency roll-off in kHz, while the low frequency roll-off control adjusts the frequency of the low frequency roll-off in Hz. The distortion amount control adjusts the amount of distortion applied to the sound. The echo length control adjusts the length of the echo effect in seconds, while the echo amount control adjusts the amount of echo applied to the sound. The reverb length control adjusts the length of the reverb effect in seconds, while the reverb amount control adjusts the amount of reverb applied to the sound. Finally, the output level control adjusts the overall output level of the sound from 0 to 1. With these controls, you can easily customize the sound to get the desired effect.
